It’s a great way for athletes aged 12-15, or anyone new to training for speed and hitting the gym, to build confidence and learn the basics. This program helps you get quicker and improve your coordination, which is very important for moving fast and getting quicker. You'll also build fundamental strength and learn key gym exercises the right way. With sessions usually around 1 hour, 3-4 times a week, the schedule is manageable and easy to fit into your life. By the end, you’ll finish feeling strong and ready to train like an Advanced athlete.
