Privacy Policy 

Introduction  

In this privacy policy, we explain how Speed Training Online AD AB with organization number  559529-8810, hereinafter referred to as Speed Training, “we” or “us”, collects and processes your  personal data. Your privacy is important to us and we ask you to read this privacy policy to make you  feel safe with how your personal data is being used.  

Should you have any questions regarding our personal data processing or wish to exercise any of your  rights in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you will find our contact  details at the end of this policy.  

If you use our services as a representative of a club or organization working with minors, under the age  of 16, please make sure that you have informed a parent or guardian about this policy to make sure  they are aware of how their children’s personal data might be processed.

What personal data do we process?  

We process your personal data when you purchase or access any of our digital products or any of our  services. Below is a list of the personal data we may process:

Why do we process your personal data and on what legal basis?  

We process your personal data mainly for the performance of the contract we enter into when you  buy a product from us or use our services.  

We may also process your personal data in order to comply with legal obligations. This may be data  that is required for us to comply with, for example, accounting or consumer law legislation. We may  also have a legitimate interest in processing personal data in order to defend or establish a legal  claim. 

We also process your personal data for purposes based on our legitimate interest. When we use the  legal basis of legitimate interest, we balance our interest in processing against your privacy. You always  have the possibility to object to processing based on our legitimate interest.  

We may process personal data relating to your health as part of the products and services we offer.  Personal data relating to health is sensitive personal data and we therefore require consent from you  who use our services in order for us to process this category of personal data.  

To market our services, we may send you direct marketing in the form of newsletters and via paid digital  marketing. We do this with consent as the legal basis. This means that we only send out direct  marketing to you who have consented to such processing. You always have the option to withdraw your  consent and can always unsubscribe from future marketing e-mails by clicking on the unsubscribe link  in each e-mail. If you unsubscribe, we will immediately stop using your personal data for direct  marketing purposes. You can also withdraw your consent for digital marketing purposes in our cookie banner or via your browser.  

How do we protect your personal data?  

To protect your personal data from unauthorized access or use, we have implemented appropriate  technical and organizational measures. We only use closed systems with reliable safeguards to keep  your personal data secure.  

Who do we share your personal data with?  

Speed Training may in some cases share your personal data with third parties. This mainly applies to  companies that act as data processors for us. A data processor processes personal data according to  our instructions on our behalf. We always have data processing agreements with our data processors  which clearly state the purposes for processing the personal data, for which we are responsible. We are  

also careful to ensure that personal data we share with third parties is handled securely and that the  processors have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the  personal data from unauthorized access. Our data processors consist of the following categories:  

- Administrative systems 

- Cloud service providers 

- Partners 

In cases where we have processors with servers in third countries, we ensure that the level of  protection of your personal data is the same as if your personal data were processed within the EU/EEA.  We do this by using servers in countries that the European Commission has decided to have an adequate  level of protection or through agreements with the data processor in question that guarantee that the  level of protection is at least equivalent to that which applies within the EU/EEA. 

Your personal data may also be shared with third parties who act as data controllers and thus  themselves determine the purposes of the processing of your personal data.  

For how long is your personal data stored?  

We never save your personal data longer than we are required to do to fulfil legal obligations or to fulfil  the current agreement with you as a customer in cases where we do not have another basis for the  processing such as a legitimate interest or consent from you as a customer. Where we use legitimate  interest as a legal basis, we will not retain your personal data for such purposes for longer than 24  months from the time we collected the data.  

Your rights  

As a data subject (a person whose personal data we process), you have several rights regarding the  processing of your personal data. Below are the rights you can exercise as provided for in the General  Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).  

We reserve the right to take appropriate protection and security measures to ensure that you are who  you say you are when you contact us. If you cannot identify yourself appropriately, we may not be able to  comply with your request.  

Access to personal data  

As a data subject, you have the right to obtain a summary of the personal data that we process about  you, you have the right to obtain this summary within 30 days if there is no applicable exception.  

Rectification and erasure  

You have the right to have your personal data rectified if we have inaccurate personal data about you  and the right to complete incomplete personal data concerning you.  

You also have the right to request that we delete your personal data. If you make such a request, we will  delete all personal data about you. However, we may refuse to delete certain personal data if the  personal data is necessary to save as a result of a legal obligation incumbent on us or if the personal  data is needed for us to defend a legal claim. Please also bear in mind that deletion means that we  cannot provide certain services.  

Data portability  

Under certain circumstances, you have the right to receive the data we process about you in a  commonly used, written, machine-readable and structured format. This right relates to personal data  that you have provided to us where the legal basis for the processing is your consent or for the  performance of a contract with you.  

Restriction of processing  

You may, under certain conditions, request that we restrict the processing of your personal data. In the  event of such a request, we will restrict access to and use of the personal data. Please note that  restriction may mean that we cannot provide certain services. 

Right to object  

You have the right to object to the processing of personal data carried out by us on the basis of our  legitimate interest. In case of an objection regarding direct marketing, we will always immediately stop  processing your personal data for this purpose.  

Right to lodge a complaint

Request an extract from the register  

To exercise any of the above rights, please send your request to our email address below. To ensure that  we disclose personal data to the right person, we may require you to identify yourself to fulfill your  request.  

Changes to the privacy policy  

We may make updates to this privacy policy from time to time. You will always find information about  when we last revised it. If we make any major changes that may affect you as a data subject, we will  send out an email well in advance of the change.
