  • Our programs are for athletes of all levels – from beginners to elite competitors – in sports like football, hockey, rugby, handball, and more! We have different programs based on your current experience and goals.

  • All programs are designed to be done in any commercial gym or at home using standard free weights (barbells, dumbbells, etc.) and bodyweight exercises. You don't need special machines.

  • After purchase, you download your full training program as a PDF file, easy to use on your phone. The PDF includes links to over 150 instructional videos on our YouTube channel for every exercise.

  • Session length and weekly frequency vary by program level. Starter programs are about 1 hour (3-4 sessions/week), Advanced are 1 hour 15 min (4-5 sessions/week), and Elite are 1 hour 30 min (5-6 sessions/week). Check the program description for specifics.

  • The PDF includes detailed instructions and video links. If you have general questions, you can contact us via email. For specific technique questions, refer to the instructional videos or email us to book a 1-on-1 speed session in Stockholm, Sweden.

  • Due to the digital nature of the PDF programs, we typically do not offer refunds after the file has been downloaded. Please read the program description carefully before purchasing.

  • Our online shop uses EUR (€) to make purchasing easier for athletes across Europe. However, because we are a registered Swedish company, for services ordered outside the online shop (like custom team programs, athletic testing, or on-site coaching), teams and individuals can easily receive invoices and pay in SEK. We will confirm your currency during your order of service.
